Gathering Associated ‎Gases from Southern Oil ‎Fields ‎

Executive Activities

The implementation work includes installation of 8 gas-compressor stations plus 8 gas-dehydration next to the xcisting production units and setting up of a gas sweetening plant to be located 1 km from the gas liquefaction units 700 and 800. Other works consist of construction of 278 km of 6-18 inch pipeline, installing 85 rows of pressurizing compressors in the station and the reconstruction and re-commissioning of Mahshar gas refinery.

Khuzistan province, located at Ahwaz, ‎Ab-teimour, Mansouri, Kupal and ‎Marun production units. ‎

Gathering Associated ‎Gases from Southern Oil ‎Fields ‎

AMAK project utilizes the sour asssociated gases in the southern oil field. The project objectives are to convert currently flared gases in-to 27,800 barrels of liquid gas per day, using the excess capacity of NGL 700 and 800, generation of 5 million cubic meter of lean gas and reconstruction and recommissioning of Mahshahr gas refinery.
